Peace-Archangel Chamuel
Chamuel is the Archangel of pure love. He looks after world and personal peace and helps us with relationships.
Today his message is very simply Peace.
What does peace mean to you? To me it means calm, quiet, still, harmonious, balanced. Being at peace with yourself is such a wonderful feeling. If you can live your life from a place of peace your perceptions will be more balanced. You will view things in a calm manner and not get annoyed as easily. You will talk in a more gentle way, and smile! You will also find it easier to feel and give love.
Love and peace walk hand in hand. If you feel peaceful on the inside it is very hard to feel hate. Try it. Take some time out and find somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit, or lie down. Shut your eyes and breathe gently and slowly into your abdomen. Imagine a place where you could find peace, like a sea shore or a forest. Imagine yourself sitting peacefully in these surroundings, completely relaxed. Once you feel that wonderful calmness washing through you, bring to mind someone or something you detest or hate. Does it feel not worth the bother? Do you really have the time and energy to hate this person or thing? Isn’t it better to just get on with your own happy peaceful life?
Next time you feel anger, or hate towards something or someone try this exercise. Once you have the feeling of not caring about it anymore, store it inside you. Think about how much better it feels to be at peace rather than feeling aggravated or angry. Your body is relaxed, your breathing is regular and your mind is at ease. Next time you are confronted with the thing you hate take this feeling out of storage and step into it. See how much easier life is?!
Chamuel breathes his breath of peace over us all today. In this troubled world peace is dearly needed. If we all take the time to find and promote personal peace and live our lives from this place, then hopefully one day our energy will help enough people do the same, and world peace will be possible.
